Three students from Meridian Medical Arts Charter High School earned regional level positions in the 64th annual Utah-Idaho Key Club District Convention.

The event was held at the beginning of March in Pocatello.

Bri Schneider was elected as the 2018-2019 Utah-Idaho District governor, which is the highest possible elected position at the regional level, according to Blake Gaudet, the school’s Key Club adviser. Schneider is the first governor from Meridian Medical Arts and will represent the region and her school at Key Club International events in Chicago, Baltimore, and Indianapolis over the next few months.

“I am very excited to take on this new challenge that will help me improve my leadership skill,” Schneider said. “I hope to grow our district and increase numbers for our district convention as well as share my passion for volunteering with individuals around me.”
